About Project
Büyükyalı Project, is a real estate project aiming to present a good life to the residents. Being constructed on a total area of 111 acres of land in Kazlıçeşme, beside the historic peninsula of Istanbul, Büyükyalı establishes a new seaside neighborhood through an extension of the coastal line of Bosporus. Büyükyalı is a Project of Özak GYO .
As Dreambox we design a location film, to explain better the project’s location to local and foreign potential customers, which is at the very intersection of all new transportation systems – road, sea and rail systems - of İstanbul right beside the Historical Peninsula.
We preferred to make aerial shootings over the area instead of graphic animation to show the position of the project in Istanbul realistically. By animating the project in 3D, which is still in construction phase we have revived the general view of the project, the marina area.
We used an actual scale map to show the distance of the project to metro, airport, hospitals, schools, and shopping centers.
In addition to being used as a sales support film at the sales office, at overseas fairs like MIPIM and CITYSCAPE, a short edit of it has also been broadcasted as TV and Cinema commercial film.
